Shipping policy

FLAT RATE- $8.95

Orders are generally shipped within 4 days using the United States Postal Service.

USPS delivery standard is 2 - 4 days depending on location from NY. Flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 applies to orders shipping to lower 48 states. We do not ship outside of the US at this time but plan to soon.

Please let us know if you need something by a particular date when you place your order and we will try to accomdate your request.

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 4 days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! All Artwork, Stationery, Linen items, Ornaments, Candles and Coasters are carefully packaged and shipped from the studio in Central New York.

Michelle's new Mugs and Giftwrap are shipped directly from production locations in the US. These products are made especially for you as soon as you place the order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
